It's a bird....It's a plane....

Oh, it's just some random celebrity in a black tinted SUV that everyone's shouting out at.

"Rachel! Rachel!" (I just realized that this was probably Rachel Bilson and not Rachel Weisz)

"Kate will you please sign my Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind Poster??"

Ahh....fun to be celebrity watching during the Toronto Film Festival, and even more fun when it just happens upon you that you see someone famous. And in about 15 seconds, they're gone and the fun is over.

I've seen 3 film festival movies so far and all pretty good. A couple of movies to watch out for when they come into wide release in the fall:

Stranger than Fiction - Will Ferrell, Dustin Hoffman, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Emma Thompson, Queen Latifah

Babel - Brad Pitt, Cate Blanchett, Gael García Bernal, Kôji Yakusho, Rinko Kikuchi, Adriana Barraza
"American couple Susan (Cate Blanchett) and Richard (Brad Pitt) travel to Morocco on vacation, where catastrophe stalks their already troubled relationship. As their tour bus passes through a mountain village, a shot rings out and a stranger's decision to hand his sons a rifle creates an international incident. Meanwhile, in California, the couple's two children are in the care of Amelia (Adriana Barraza), their nanny. When she has to drive to Mexico with her nephew, Santiago (Gael García Bernal), for her son's wedding, Amelia illegally brings her young charges with her. And in Tokyo, a widowed father (Kôji Yakusho) struggles to reach his deaf-mute teenaged daughter, Chieko (Rinko Kikuchi), as she swings through emotional and sexual extremes." This one was amazing.

On another note....a couple of stupid things I've directly or indirectly done this weekend: My sister was desperately trying to take a picture of Kate Winslet on her camera phone. One second she was standing beside me and the next she was pushing her way to the front of the crowd to see whoever it was that people were standing around for. Well....she went to snap the picture and.....not enough memory to take the picture!!! Oops...that was me, taking too many pictures with her phone and changing the picture size. By the time she had fixed it Kate was out of sight. So yeah, no pictures to post.

Last but not least....my sister and I went bra shopping the other day, and I felt like I needed to get the matching underwear to make it worth my while...of course, why spend money when you can spend MORE money! I was cutting the tags off to throw them in the wash and...me, cutting off tags in the dim light, cut a hole right into the fabric! Sheesh.
